So how many "me's" can there be? Unless I am stricken with a significant bout of bipolar, only one. But of course, that can't be where it ends when technology and the gaming internet world gets involved. Before I even headed over to Second Life, I was instantly interested when reading 'We Live Here: Games, Third Places and the Information Architecture of the Future' by Andrew Hinton for the single fact that it showed a Wells Fargo Second Life. What on earth (or cyber second earth?) is my mor...

For some reason I was never a big gaming person. I am not really into sports, though I don't mind socially going to games, etc. I did indeed have a Nintendo and Sega, but those really didn't get much use. I was more the tech and car fan. My game as a kid were identifying cars driving down my street to see just how faraway I could get the make and model before the car went by my house. I thought that an assignment to play video games after so many years was actually going to be pretty entertai...

Website Idea 3: Production Roundtables, Stock Photos, Stock Images, and a LOT of opinions. Songs have been produced by producers who never have met, all through internet connections across the world. If there was, dare I say it, a community available just for this, imagine the ideas that would converge from folks all over to create technology, entertainment, really anything from a platform to make it all possible....

There have been a grouping of rate my college and high school professors popping up on regular. These sites give students the ability to look up or write up professors which can help others on deciding what classes they should or shouldn't take or even broader, what school to go to or not. Website Idea 2: Rate My Company -- spread this technology to the professional world. When taking a job, you should be able to see what people working there are saying about the work environment, managem...

After college, I took a job in Manhattan. Being a brand new college graduate, I sure didn't have enough money to live in the big city so I ended up in a small town called Bloomfield New Jersey. After living there for a year, I figured out how to get to the train station, mall, Target, Wendy's and a bagel sandwich. That's it. Pretty pathetic seeing as I even had a Tom Tom GPS. Not being from an area leaves someone at a significant disadvantage and unless it's NYC, LA, Chicago or any other tour...
  • How Do We Know We’re In A Revolution? Just Peek At Oprah’s Twitter’s Page.

J Beniger's article 'Control Revolution' instantly brought me back a week ago talking about society embracing technologies, from when my family and I took a "wild and crazy" ride by attempting to buy something from JC Penny through Prodigy to teaching my moving from typewriters to AIM for work communications. It's hard to take a snapshot of the moment when you are in it and Beniger's article speaks to how through out social and technological change, it wasn't identified or embraced as wha...
